摘要
针对HJ2-0.835型计量泵出厂后用户反映的板间渗漏及流量不合格问题,分析了产生的原因,提出了对密封件、加工精度、装配、检验等方面的改进建议,使计量泵提高加工质量,严格装配规程,改进检验方法,解决了上述的问题。
Based on the problems proposed by users of inter-plate leakage and unfit flow in metering pump model JN2-0.835 outside the tac- tory, this paper analyzed the reasons and proposes the suggestions for improving seals, processing precision, assembly and inspection, in order to promote processing quality, assembly rules and inspection methods.
