高炉喷煤的自动控制系统

摘要 高炉喷煤系统的设计中,采用可编程控制器S7-400,使储煤场、制粉系统、喷吹系统等过程实现了PLC自动控制,实现了以中速磨为核心的联锁控制,也实现了对下煤量、烟温、喷煤量、喷吹罐自动充压及稳压系统的自动调节。 Siemens controller of PLC S7-400 has been applied in the injection coal system of blast furnace.It is very effective in the automat- ic control system of PLC for bunker,producing power of coal and spraying coal system. Linkage control and self-regulation for the medium grinding coal equipment, quantity of service coal, temperature of smoke, quantity of spraying coal and pressure of spraying jar have been re- ceived by the automatic control system at the same time.
