摘要 介绍了一套输油泵在线监测与故障诊断系统的研究思路及其主要研究成果。针对输油泵特点,详细论证了该系统所采用的技术方法和构架组成,构建了智能数据采集模块、监测预报模块、信号分析模块和故障自动诊断模块等。该系统已成功应用于石油输油泵在线监测与故障诊断中,并取得了初步成果。实践证明,该系统能有效地提高输油泵的监测效率和管理水平。 The research ideas of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of oil transfer pump and its research findings are presented. Aimed at the characteristics of oil transfer pump, the technique and methods used in the system are argued in detail. Intelligent data acquisi- tion module, monitoring and forecasting module, signal analysis module and failure to be automatic diagnosis module are built. The system have been applied into monitoring and fault diagnosis of some oil transfer pumps in Shanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., hd, the results show that the s^stem is effective to the monitoring and fault diagnosis of oil transfer oumos.
