摘要
根据卓越电气工程师培养的目标和特点,阐述了电气卓越工程师培养的基本要素,从教学模式中的教学理念、教学手段、教材建设和师资队伍建设方面进行了分析;在实践教学过程中主要从加强创新型实验、实习基地的建设方面进行了探讨,最后形成了较为完善的卓越电气工程师实践教学体系。该教学体系切实有效地提高了电气类学生的实践能力和电力系统发展对人才的新需求。
According to goal and characteristic of remarkable electrical engineer, describing based element about remarkable excellence elec- treical engineer. Analyze teaching ideas, teaching media, teaching material construction and teachers troop construction, discussion on strengthening the innovation experiment, practice base construction aspect in practiced teaching. At last formed the remarkable practice the teaching system. It＇ s effective enhancement electricity student＇ s practical ability and electrical power system development to talented person＇ s new demand.
