摘要
采用PLC控制系统设计了生活/消防双恒压供水系统。S7-200PLC控制既有开关量I/O,也有模拟量I/O;既有PID调节的典型使用,又有复杂的逻辑控制。另外系统中还使用了变频器和电动机的软启动控制。最后给出了系统的部分硬件电路和软件程序设计。
Adopted the PLC control system to design the life/fire-fighting water supply system of constant voltage. S7-200 PLC control has switch measure I/O, also has simulation measure I/O. There is the typical use of PID regulation, there is also complex logic control. Addition- ally, this system has still used frequency converter and motor soft-start control. Finally, it gives partial hardware circuit and software program design of system.
