摘要
膜法水处理工艺作为第三代自来水生产工艺,近年来得到迅速地推广应用,其自动化控制的应用研究也成为本行业探索和研究的一个重点。主要阐述了优质水厂重点生产工艺:活性炭过滤系统、超滤膜过滤系统、投药消毒系统、送水系统等环节自控系统的硬件组成、控制原理、故障诊断及解决方法等。
As the third generation of drinking water production process, membrane water treatment process in recent years has been rapidly popularization and application. Its automation control applications has also become a focus of exploration and research in the industry. In this paper the hardware composition, domination principle, fault diagnosis and solve etc of the main production technology of activated carbon filtration system, ultrafiltration membrane system,, chemical feeding system, water supply system has been explained.
