冀中南经济区现代服务业人才培养模式创新研究

The Research on Innovation of Personnel Training Mode for Modern Service Industry in Jizhongnan Economic Zone

2011年6月初,《全国主体功能区规划》正式发布,该规划确定了冀中南经济区的范围、区域发展定位,为河北省经济更好更快的发展指明了方向。发展现代服务业是冀中南经济区的发展方向之一。当前,冀中南经济区现代服务业的发展较快,但发展水平和发展规模较低。其中,培养符合现代服务业需求的人才是促进现代服务业发展的重要因素。

In the early June of 2011,the national plan for functional area has been released.According to the plan,Jizhongnan economic zone is clearly positioned,which directs the economic development of Hebei Province in the future.The modern service industry is one of the industries to be established.Although currently the developing speed of modern service industry in Jizhongnan economic zone is very fast,its developing level is much lower.So,this article points that the innovation mode of training personnel fit for modern service industry is the key factor which fastens the industry development.
