With the rapid development of the cultural and creative industry and the continuous increase of the economic output,the art design specialties in colleges are in urgent need of the plan for training creative talents,so as to produce a large number of innovative art designers as soon as possible.Against this background,the article describes and states the corresponding solutions and measures from the following aspects： the construction of teaching material,the improvement of teaching mode,the design of the practical system,the teaching process and the evaluation standard,etc.
