地方政府有效应对群体性突发事件路径探析

Path Analysis of Local Governments’ Ability in Handling Group Incidents

随着社会发展的加速及转型的加剧,群体性突发事件的出现已是不可避免的事实,由于地方政府认识不到位及应急预警处置体系的不完善又导致了群体性突发事件的频发,要正确解决这个矛盾,地方政府应提高认识做到预防治理并重,建立完善的舆情预警、处理机制,以促进地方的稳定和发展。

Along with the development of the society and the acceleration of the group incidents,the emergence of the fact is inevitable.Local government officials’ awareness can not reach the designated position and the early emergency warning disposal system is imperfect lead to the frequency of the group incidents.To solve the problem,the local government should improve the understanding,pay equal attention to prevention management,to establish the public opinion warning and processing mechanism,in order to promote local stability and development.
