陕西电网与宁夏电网联网方案探讨

Discussion on Interconnection of Shaanxi and Ningxia Power Grid

从加强宁夏与西北主网的联系、陕北电网与西北主网的联系、西北电网东西部之间联络及形成西北主要负荷中心电力市场交易通道等方面分析和探讨了陕西与宁夏电网联网的必要性和目的。根据陕西电网和宁夏电网的发展规划,提出以宁东太阳山变电站和陕北榆横变电站作为联网点的具体联网方案。结合宁东—浙江绍兴±800 kV直流工程的建设进度,提出陕西与宁夏联网工程的建设时机在2015年左右。

The necessity and aim of Shaanxi and Ningxia 750 kV power grid interconnection are analyzed and discussed from strengthening the connection between Ningxia and Northwest China power grid, the connection between north power grid of Shaanxi and Northwest China power grid, the contact between east and west of Northwest power grid, forming the market transaction channel in Northwest power load centers. According to the development plan of Shaanxi power grid and Ningxia power grid, the interconnection scheme of Shaanxi and Ningxia power grid are proposed. The opportunity of power grid interconnection is proposed at 2015 according to Ningdong- Shaoxing ±800 kV DC project construction progress.
