检测Hcy、FFA、hs-CRP在2型糖尿病肾病患者中的意义 被引量:5

The Expresssion of Hcy,FFA,and Hs-CRP in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的检测2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并探讨其相关的临床意义。方法收集2型DN患者84例,另取医院体检中心健康体检者26例作为正常对照,DN患者分为3组:正常白蛋白尿(A)组、微量白蛋白尿(B)组、临床白蛋白尿(C)组。酶法检测Hcy和FFA,乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP。结果 DN患者血清Hcy、FFA和hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。A、B和C组之间Hcy、FFA和hs-CRP差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DN患者Hcy、FFA和hs-CRP显著升高,联合监测可作为DN的早期监控和病变程度评估指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of homocysteine (Hcy), free fatty acid (FFA), and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods A total of 84 patients with DN were en- rolled in this study. Another 26 healthy person were usded as a normal control. The patients with DN were divided into three subgroups : normal albuminuria(A) group, early DN ( B ) group, and clinic DN ( C ) group. The levels of serum Hcy, FFA, and hs- CRP were measured with enzyme and Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric analysis, respectively. Results The serum levels of Hcy,FFA,and hs-CRP were higher in DN than those in normal control( P 〈 0. 01 ). There were significant differences of serum Hcy,FFA,and hs-CRP among A,B,and C group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The high-level expression of Hcy,FFA,and hs-CRP was found in DN patients, and which mightbe play a key role in the pathogenesis and progression of DN patients.
