摘要
案例教学法是一种理论联系实际的有效教学模式,是围绕具体培训目的 ,把实际案例中真实的情景经典型化处理后,提供给学生进行讨论分析和思考决断的案例,在指导教师的引导下,根据全科医学基础课程教学的需要,通过独立分析和分组讨论的形式,对实际案例进行学习、研究,进而提升全科医学学生分析问题、解决问题能力的一种教学方法。此教学法创造了一个真实的全科医学教学实践情景,把全科医学临床治疗过程中的典型案例展现在全科医学学生面前,让他们设身处地地去思考、分析,在分组讨论的基础上,解决实际案例问题,对于激发学生的学习兴趣;培养学生的独立工作能力和创造能力;增强学生获取和处理信息,及分析、解决问题的能力,有效调动学生学习的兴趣和积极性极有益处。
Case teaching method was an effective teaching model by combining theory with practice, according to the need of general basic medical teaching,it was also a method to study,do research and exercise actual case under the guidance of instructor. This teaching method can create a real teaching practice scenarios, to show in front of students the typical case from the clinical treatment process, to let students put themselves in real scenarios to think, analysis, and discuss in group to stimulate their interest,and develop students creative skills and ability to work independently ;and enhance students ability to catch and handle information to analysis and solve problems so as to mobilize effectively students' interest and enthusiasm during studying.
