新加坡陈笃生医院护理见闻及借鉴

Nursing Knowledge of Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore

本文通过笔者对陈笃生医院的参观,从五个方面介绍了陈笃生医院的护理见闻。①护理管理的组织架构完善。②人员配置充足、职责分明,床位与护士比为1∶1.6。护士分为助理护士、注册护士、高级资深护士三级,各司其责。③医院感染管理严格,十分注意手卫生,工作人员口罩的配戴,需进行N95口罩适应性测试。④服务充分体现"以病人为中心",医院设计人性化、环境优美。为了方便患者就医,门诊开设免费巴士,采用预约就诊。责任护士的工作均在病房内完成。住院患者的检查力争在床边进行。⑤先进技术的广泛应用,如:智能化的门禁系统、人工智能运输系统、传输设备带、电子信息技术等。笔者认为,该院职责分明,层层负责的工作方法,各级各类人员"以病人为中心"的服务,严格的院感控制和先进技术的广泛应用值得我国护理人员借鉴。

In this paper,through the visit from Tan Tock Seng hospital, the author introduced five aspects. （1）Nursing management organization structure perfect. （2）Staffing enough, clear responsibilities, Beds and nurse ratio was 1 ： 1.6. The nurse was divided into assistant nurse,registered nurse,senior nurse level in which each level did its bit for the good of all. （3）Hospital infection management strictly, pay great attention to hand hygiene, staff of the respirator wearing, need to undertake N95 respirator adaptability test. （4）The service fully embody ＂the patient as the center＂. Hospital design humanization, the environment was exquisite. In order to facilitate the patients go to a doctor, outpatient service open free bus, using an appointment to see a doctor. Charge nurse＇ s work all finish in the ward. Hospitalization patients did all one can to check in bedside. （5）The wide application of advanced technology, for examples, intelligent entrance guard system, artificial intelligence transportation system, transmission equipment belt, electronic information technology, etc. The author thought that, the hospital responsibilities clear, layer upon layer were responsible for working method, various and of all kinds personnel ＂to the patient as the center＂ service, strict hospital infection control and the wide application of advanced technology in our country were worth reference for nursing staff.
