摘要 本研究通过实时定量PCR方法检测了小鼠动情周期卵巢中Frizzled 1-Frizzled 10的表达;结果显示,除Frizzled 8外,其他都有不同程度的表达。在四个动情时期中,Frizzled 1、Frizzled 2仅在动情前期高表达;动情前期和间情期Frizzled 3高表达量;Frizzled 4在动情周期中表达水平都较高,以动情期最高;其他Frizzleds都低水平表达。这表明Frizzleds在四个动情时期卵巢中广泛而差异表达;推测Frizzled 1-Frizzled 4可能在动情周期卵泡发育过程中具有重要作用,这将为揭示Wnt信号通路在卵巢发育过程的作用和机制提供依据。 In this study, we detected gene expressions of Frizzled 1 -Frizzled 10 in the mice ovaries at different estrous stages based on real- time Q -PCR. Our results showed that they had different expression patterns except Frizzled 8. Expressions of Frizzled 1 and Frizzled 2 were the highest in proestrus; Frizzled 3 was higher in proestrus and diestrus than those in the other two periods; cycle, which is highest in estrus; Other Frizzleds were all Frizzled 4 was found of high expression in all estrous low at expression level. These results suggested that Frizzleds were widely and differentially expressed in estrous ovary and Frizzled 1 - Frizzled 4 may play a more important role in the development of follicle during the estrous cycle. Our study provided a theoretical basis for revealing the role of Writ signaling pathway in the process of ovary developement.
