摘要
为探讨不同酒精滴定浓度阳性乳患牛血清钙、磷和羟脯氨酸含量的变化。首先剔除加州乳房炎检测阳性的奶牛,用68%的酒精全群检测酒精阳性乳,再用72%的酒精测定68%的酒精阴性牛乳,最后用75%的酒精测定72%的酒精阴性牛乳,根据产奶量、胎次、年龄、泌乳期相近的原则,组成75%酒精阴性对照组、75%酒精阳性组,72%酒精阳性组和68%酒精阳性组,每组6头。连续三周对各组奶牛进行颈静脉采血,分离血清,测定血清中钙、磷和羟脯氨酸的含量。结果显示:与75%酒精阴性对照组相比,72%酒精阳性组和68%酒精阳性组血清钙含量显著升高;不同浓度酒精阳性组血清磷含量均显著降低;血清羟脯氨酸含量差异均不显著。酒精阳性乳患牛机体对钙、磷的吸收或代谢平衡失调,导致牛乳的稳定性降低;但不影响患牛体内的骨胶原代谢。
To approach its influence to alcohol positive milk, we detected the level of calcium, phosphorus and Hydroxyproline in blood serum. The CMT positive dairy cows were rejected, following the experiment that tests the alcohol positive milk by using the 68% alcohol, then use the 72% alcohol to test the 68% alcohol positive milk. After that, we used the 75% alcohol to test the 72% alcohol positive milk. Then it was the choice of milk production in cattle, parity, age, similar to the lactation period and then four groups were formed: 75 % alcohol negative control group, 75% alcohol positive group, 72% alcohol positive group and 68% alcohol positive group, with 6 in each group. During the following three weeks, blood samples from jugular vein were collected from the cows in each group, the content of serum calcium, phosphorus and hydroxyproline was assayed once a week. The result showed that serum calcium levels were significantly higher in 72% alcohol positive group and 68% alcohol positive group than 75% alcohol negative control group; serum phosphorus levels were significantly lower in different concentrations alcohol positive milk Group; serum hydroxyproline in each groups was no significant differences. The calcium and phosphorus metabolic disorder in alcohol positive milk lead to the stability at low level in milk, but it does not affect the body of cattle suffering from collagen metabolism.
