摘要
以某国产冻干机冻干室为研究对象,建立了其三维结构模型。采用计算流体力学方法,推导了冻干过程的热质传递模型,并用计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3对冻干室内的流场进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,在冻干室内部,在靠近冷阱部分,水蒸气的扩散流速较大,最大速率达到0.065m/s,流速的最小值位于冻干室入口处,且方向与流向冷阱方向的水汽速率相反。模拟结果对深入研究冻干过程中的热质传递机理有一定的指导作用。
Aiming at solving energy optimization problems, a three -dimensional structural model of freeze drier is established. The heat and mass transfer model was firstly built, then the convection and temperature field is simulated by computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT6.3. It was shown that the laminar flow exists in freeze drying chambers and the convection field is homogenous. The result is benefit for further study of heat and mass transfer theory of freeze - drying.
