本文着重对数学教学中经常出现的收敛思维与发散思维、非智力因素与智力因素、教师的主导和学生的主体等作了审视和理论思考，提出了可资数学教师如何搞好教学借鉴的科学思想方法，对其他专业教师也有一定的参考价值。

The Paper undertakes a theoretic survey on the inducing and deducing reasoning, intelligence and non-intelligence factors which often occur and offect math-teaching. The stress, however, is laid on the teacher's adding function and student's initiative spirits. Herein, some scientific methods are suggested to solve the mentioned problems.
