摘要
如何搞好课堂教学,有一个很重要的问题常被疏忽,那就是在课堂教学中如何重视、开发和利用“隐性”因素。本文针对这一问题,提出教学中重视满足学生表现欲,尊重学生的自尊心,加强师生情感沟通,重视无声语言信息,注意教师人格形象等“隐性”因素,以进一步搞好课堂教学的见解,可资借鉴。
How to conduct a lecture well is always an issue of much debate. One of the key elements of a successful lecture is to value, develop and make full use of the 'recessive ele- ments'. This Paper tries to dwell on this Point, sugysting that enough attention should be given to student's sense of success in classroom Performance, the emotional communication between teachers and students, the silent messages passed in class and the teacher's mental mage.
