摘要
以全球性金融危机为大背景,就美国的QE3量化宽松货币政策的由来、内涵和实质,以及特点进行分析,在指出它对刺激美国经济复苏特殊价值和意义的基础上,重点就其对世界和中国经济发展的可能影响进行研究,并从应对性策略的角度就相关问题作了简要探讨。
Referring to the global financial crisis, the paper discusses the origin, connotation and essence of QE3 policy promoted by USA. By pointing out its significance to stimulating American economic recovery, the paper puts emphasis on its effect on global and Chinese economic development, along with discussion on countermeas-ures.
