革命老区人民对中国革命的胜利做出了极大的贡献和牺牲。在建设社会主义和谐社会的新时期,老区的发展遇到了困难,因此,应在加大国家财政转移支付力度的同时,加强革命老区的政策性扶持等措施,努力推进革命老区的建设发展。

People in the old revolutionary base areas have done great contribution to Chinese revolution. When they are hindered in economic development in the period of constructing harmonious socialist socie- ty, the government should offer more policy support besides financial aids.
