摘要
以浙江省民办高职院校301名教师为被试,通过问卷调查收集数据,运用实证方法对民办高职院校教师职业压力现状进行分析,发现这种压力主要源自于学校管理、角色职责、教师待遇、教学科研、考核评价、人际关系以及学生因素等方面。
n analysis of the professional pressure of the teachers from non-government vocational colleges is made through empirical research with the questionnaires taken by 30t teachers of non-government voca- tional colleges in Zhejiang province. It is found that the teacher's occupational stress is mainly from school administration, students, payment, responsibility, scientific research, assessment and personal relation- ships.
