Exploration into the Construction of Subject Institutionalization of Undergraduates' Social Practice

从分析大学生社会实践主体制度化纵向结构和横向结构入手,着重阐述了构建大学生社会实践主体制度化建设的组织管理机制、责权分配机制、活动运行机制、沟通机制、争端解决机制以及绩效评价机制,以期通过大学生社会实践主体制度化建设的探讨,使大学生社会实践问题的研究有新的突破。

By analyzing the vertical and horizontal structure of the subject institutionalization of undergraduates＇ social practice, the paper puts more emphasis on the organization-managing system, the responsibility assignment, the activity-operating system, the communicative mechanism and the dispute-solving system, as well as the performance-evaluating system, expecting for new breakthrough in undergraduates＇ social practice research.
