After reviewing the history of ＂Lei Feng Bus＂ systematically which is originated from Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, the paper interprets the spiritual implication of ＂Lei Feng Bus＂ and its value in this era. Through advocating and developing this spirit, it proposes valuable strategies in the construction of corporate culture and spirit.
