摘要
介绍了石家庄炼化分公司在常减压蒸馏装置开停工前,通过对装置进行分析,细化工艺、设备、安全、环保等管理方案,以完全实现开停工过程中的密闭吹扫及密闭排放。为实现装置清洁生产奠定了基础,最终实现零排放和零污染,同时节约了大量蒸汽。
This article introduces the realization of airtight purging and airtight emission in the process of startups and shutdowns of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit through organizing engineers and technicians to analyze the unit carefully,study and discuss repeatedly and lay out detailed management schemes for technology,equipments,safety and environmental protection.As a consequence,zero-emission and zero-pollution are achieved and meanwhile,a large amount of steam is saved,which lays a foundation for the realization of clean production.
