“出”字形THZ多频带负折射结构研究

摘要 我们采用CST软件仿真模拟了"出"字形的负折射结构.仿真发现,由于"出"字由多个U形结构组成,在1.3THz~3.5THz之间出现了多个负折射频带,通过S参数的提取,在1.5THz,2.37THz,2.67THz和3.3THz附近得到了负折射,并从"出"字形结构的表面电流分布上,讨论了出现多个负折射频带的原因. A出-shaped metamataterial has been investigated using CST soft in this paper.The 出-shaped structure is composed of several u-shaped part,Numerical simulations exhibit several responses phenomenon between 1.5 THZ and 3.5 THZ,we obtain four negative refraction bands at around 1.5 THZ,2.37 THZ,2.67 THZ and 3.3 THZ by retrieved the S-parameter,and the distributions of the induced current in the 出-shaped structure show that the several electromagnetic resonances originate from the induced current in the different u-shaped part.
