公司治理:基于国内文献统计的一个研究评述

Corporate Governance: A Research Review Based on the Domestic Literature Statistics

在中国知网(CNKI)的网络平台上,围绕着公司治理,采用不同检索词组合的方法对相关文献进行统计,从中去发现不同时期的研究面貌和研究特征,以及主要运用的研究方法的差异。最后结合对部分代表性文献的研读,对国内的公司治理研究进行总体上的概括性评述。在评述中指出了,现有文献表明公司治理研究沿着两条大的路径在推进,研究中运用的理论工具丰富,涉猎的内容越来越广泛,但也存在一些不足。

On the CNKI network platform, makes statistical analysis on some relevant literature around corporate governance using different combinations of retrieval words, and finds research appearance and characteristics in different periods, as well as the differences of main research methods.Finally, in combination with studying some representative literature, this paper makes an overall summary comment on the research of domestic corporate governance, in which existing literature indicates that corporate governance research is moving forward along two major paths, theoretical tools applied in the research are rich, involved contents are more and more extensive, but there are also some inadequacies.
