摘要
反生产行为是一种重要的员工绩效,本文以德胜洋楼的成功事例来说明可以通过个人—组织契合来减少员工的反生产行为,个人—组织契合可以带来员工的情感承诺和员工敬业度,进而减少员工的反生产行为,此外,员工内控型的心理控制源可以进一步帮助个人—组织契合获得更好的成效。
Counterproductive work behavior is an important employee performance; the case of Tecson shows how to reduce counterproductive work behavior by person-organization fit. Higher person-organization fit can lead to higher affective commitment, higher employee engagement, and then lead to lower counterproductive work behavior, in addition, the internal locus of control can make person-organization fit be more effective in this process.
