The main goal is to research on information technology in supporting and promoting teaching quality and teaching reform of Guangxi higher institutions,on school engineering construction,its application and effect, also on some solutions to construction problems and difficulties to enhance the project quality,efficiency and benefit from the promotion of teaching quality and management level.
