摘要
主控室盘台具有功能性要求,鉴定结果的可靠性十分重要,必须对分析使用的模型加以验证以确保模型尽可能地还原试验件的真实情况,特别是动态特性的情况。本文通过描述SRO盘台试验件的模型验证流程,简要阐述了在AP1000主控室盘台抗震鉴定中有限元模型验证所使用的方法。验证过程中根据试验的结果对多项模型参数进行了调整。特别考虑到1E级电子元件的鉴定,需要调整时程计算的参数使结果逼近试验结果。通过调整得到的模型可以在质量,整体模态,重要电子元件附近的局部模态以及地震载荷下电子元件附近的反应谱等各个方面和试验结果相匹配。经过验证的模型能够准确地表现出试验件的动态特性,模型能够用于之后的鉴定分析。
Background: The main control room consoles have functional requirements, so the models must be validated to simulate the real physical properties, especially the dynamic properties. Purpose: In order to described the typical verification process used in the main control room consoles seismic qualification. Methods: By comparing with the test results, parameters of the model should be modified. Considering the verification of 1E electronic equipment in consoles, the time histories from analysis should be close to those from test. Results: By means of the modification, the model can match the test in mass, both integral and local modals, and the spectrum around electric component. Conclusions: The verified SRO model is able to represent the test unit in dynamic properties and it is reliable to be used for the further analysis.
