平板封头与筒体连接区疲劳可靠性分析 被引量:3

摘要 设备疲劳设计中存在诸多不确定因素,而使用概率方法可以辅助设计。为得到某平板封头连接区域疲劳可靠性,本文考虑结构几何尺寸和载荷不确定性,使用可靠性分析方法对其进行疲劳可靠性分析。计算结果表明,几何尺寸不确定因素对结构疲劳寿命不确定性影响不能忽略。同时,提出一种基于6σ概念求解载荷不确定性的疲劳可靠性计算方法,其可与几何不确定性可靠性计算方法结合使用得到综合考虑几何载荷不确定性的结果。 Background: There are many uncertainties in the fatigue design of the equipments, the probability method can be used to assign the fatigue design. Purpose: To provide the structure fatigue reliability of the area of the plane head interface. Methods: The fatigue reliability analysis has been done by using the reliability method which considering the geometry dimensions uncertainty and loads uncertainty. Results: The dimensions uncertainty has great effect on the uncertainty of the products' life. Meanwhile, this article provides one method, by using 66 concept, to solve the fatigue reliability analysis considering the loads uncertainty. Conclusions: The loads uncertainty results can be combined with the dimensions results to get the overall reliability results.
