上行因果关系中的根本性协同机制及其在企业战略协同中的应用

学界对协同效应来源的解释呈现"多样性",找出根本性协同机制具有较大的理论和现实意义。本文认为,根本性协同机制不仅包括蕴涵在自组织下行因果关系中的役使原理,而且还蕴涵在自组织上行因果关系中。我们依据上行因果关系逻辑,从协同文献和协同实践中提炼出五种根本性协同机制,并对该五种机制在企业战略协同中的运用作了解释。

It is of great theoretical and realistic significance to have fundamental synergetic mechanism in view that there are various kinds of explanation to synergy. This paper hold that fundamental synergetic mechanism is not only slaving machanism in self-organization＇s dovmward causation, but exists in self-organization＇s upward causation. We use upward causation logic to draw five kinds of fundamental synergetic mechanism from synergy literature and synergetic real world, then make explanation how to apply the above-mentioned five kinds of fundamental mechanism in firm＇s strategic synergy,
