论科研装备现代化在科技创新中的作用 被引量:4

Modernization of Scientific Equipment Play the Important Role in Scientific and Technological Innovation

摘要 科技创新活动的基本要素有科技人才、科研经费、科研仪器和设备、创新方法、创新管理、创新文化和创新心理等,其中科研仪器和设备是这些基本要素中的核心要素,它的作用可渗透到科技创新活动的每一个环节。因此,揭示科研装备现代化与科技创新活动的内在涵义,阐述现代化的科研装备在科学发现、技术发明、技术创新活动中的作用,对增强我国的自主创新能力,促进我国科技创新成果的不断出现,把我国建设成为创新型国家具有一定的创新理论价值和现实指导意义。 The basic elements of scientific and technical innovation include talents, funds for scientific research; scientific equipment; method, management, culture and psychology of innovation and so on. Among all of these, the scientific equipment is the core element and has been involved in every procedure of scientific and technical inno- vation. So exploring the connotation of the modernization of scientific equipment and scientific and technical inno- vation, demonstrating the role of scientific equipment in scientific discovery, technological invention and innova- tion can enhance the ability of original innovation and promote the emergence of scientific and technological achievements in China. And this research has theory value and practical significance in building China into an inno- vative country.
