摘要
介绍了上海世博央企总部基地启动项目——商飞办公楼基坑的设计、实施及监测结果,对实测地下连续墙变形状况进行详细分析。根据本工程实测资料,针对地下连续墙侧的变形性状进行了研究,结果表明软土蠕变特性仅对基坑各边中部范围内围护墙水平变形产生较大影响,连续墙侧向最大变形随土体蠕变的发展速度达0.55 mm/d,为软土基坑的变形控制设计起到参考作用。
As the kick-off project of Shanghai Expo Central Enterprises Headquarters Base,Shangfei Office Building is introduced in detail covering its foundation pit design,construction and monitoring results and moreover,the actual underground diaphragm wall deformation condition is analyzed specifically.Based on the project actual measurement information,the side deformation character of underground diaphragm wall is researched and the results can show that soft soil creep deformation only can effect the horizontal deformation of enclosure wall largely in the middle field of the foundation pit;with the developing of soil body creep,the speed of diaphragm wall side maximum deformation can arrive at 0.55 mm/d,which can provide reference for deformation control of soft soil foundation pit.
