飞鸾2号隧道左洞零开挖出洞单向贯通施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 沈海复线宁德漳湾至连江浦口高速公路宁德段飞鸾2号隧道因出口端地势陡峭、路基施工滞后,无法提供工作面。最后根据出口端地形、地质特点,采用单向掘进令隧道顺利贯通,实现零开挖出洞,缩短了隧道工期,节约了成本,保护了环境,实现了项目管理目标。结合飞鸾2号隧道出洞口工程特点,介绍了该隧道贯通方案;针对施工难点,从超前支护、洞身开挖、初期支护等3个主要工序上阐述了该工程洞口段防止塌方的施工方法,供同类工程参考。 It cannot supply working surface,because of steep exist section and delay subgrade construction during Feiluan No.2 Tunnel Project of Shenhai Double-line Ninglian Expressway(Ningde Section,from Ningde & Zhangwan to Lianjiang & Pukou).And then,according to exist section terrain and geological characteristics,one-way advancement is adopted to make the tunnel connect successfully to realize zero-excavation shield moving-out,to shorten the construction period,to save the cost,to protect the environment and to reach the project management target.Combined with the project features of Feiluan No.2 Tunnel shield moving-out,the connection plan is introduced,and meanwhile,the construction method to prevent collapse happened in the portal section is presented from three main procedures,advance support,barrel excavation and initial support aiming at the construction difficulties,which can provide references for similar projects.
