根据神华集团"矿—路—港—船—厂"五位一体的运作特点,结合黄骅港煤炭码头三期工程的实例,分析在煤炭输出港建设以筒仓为主的储煤设施应具备的基本条件。从煤炭装卸系统工艺流程、筒仓仓型与参数选择、筒仓工艺系统设计与设备选型、筒仓桩基、筒仓结构和安全运行设施等方面,详细阐述本工程总平面和装卸工艺的设计要点,可供其他同类工程参考与借鉴。
According to the integrated operating characteristics of mine, road, port, ship and plant of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, based on Coal Terminal Phase-3 Project of I-Iuanghua Port, analysis is made for the basic condition to construct coal export port with coal silos. In addition, the detailed description is made for the characteristics of general layout design and handling process design in the aspects of coal handling process, selection of silo types and parameters, the design and equipment selection of silo process system, pile foundation of silo, silo structure and safety operating facilities, which will provide references for similar projects.
