摘要
采用挂片试验和电化学方法研究了316L不锈钢和304不锈钢在含不同浓度F-的人工唾液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着氟离子摩尔浓度(00.15mol.L-1)的增加,316L不锈钢腐蚀速率先增大后减小;而304不锈钢则是先增大后减小再增大的过程。随时间的增加,两者的腐蚀速率先减小后增大。在F-浓度低于0.05mol.L-1时,两种钢的I-E曲线将出现滞后环,而高于这个浓度则不出现滞后环。
The electrochemical corrosion behaviors of 316L and 304 stainless steels in artificial saliva with different fluoride contents were studied. The results showed that the corrosion rates of 316L and 304 stainless steels both increased at first stage and decreased in secondly stage when the contents of fluoride increased. Additionally, for 304 stainless steel, the corrosion rate also increased in third stage. The corrosion rates of 316I. and 304 stainless steels both increased at first stage and decreased in secondly stage with the increese of time. The I-E curves of two kinds of steels had hysteresis loops when the concentration of fluoride was only or lower than 0. 05 mol·L^-1.
