摘要
为揭示某航空发动机活塞腐蚀深度的变化规律,研究了导致活塞腐蚀的影响因素。结果表明,活塞腐蚀深度是一个随时间变化的随机量。采用灰色理论建立活塞腐蚀深度的灰色预测模型,并对预测模型精度进行试验验证。结果表明,活塞腐蚀深度的预测结果准确性高,灰色预测模型能较好地揭示活塞腐蚀深度随时间的变化规律。
In order to reveal the variation rule of corrosion rate for an aero-engine's piston, the influencing factors of corrosion were analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rate is a random variable changing with the time. On this basis of the results, the grey prediction model of corrosion rate was established according to grey theory, the accuracy of the model was verified by experiment. The testing results show that the prediction results of corrosion rate for piston has high precision, the grey prediction model can better reveal the variation rule of corrosion rate with used time.
