摘要 从3层PE管道现场补口暴露出来的大量问题,提出对现行管道防腐蚀质量表示担忧;认为GB/T 23257-2009《埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐蚀层技术标准》要求不严格也是导致补口质量下降的一个原因。本文根据现场条件,介绍了一种较好的防腐蚀材料,该材料具有施工工艺简便的特点。结合现场应用实例,希望能进一步提高管道的防腐蚀水平。 There is a big concern in the quality of pipeline anti corrosion raised from numerous problems appearing during the in-situ mending of three layer PE pipelines. One of the reasons caus the reduction of mending quality is due to the GB standard (GB/T2325-2009), Technical Standard o.l PE Anti-Corrosion Coating on Underground Steel Pipelines, which does not provide a strict requirement. In this paper, based on field application examples, the author recommends a better anti-corrosion material. This material is easy to use, and is expecting to improve anti-corrosion technique to a higher level.
