摘要 采用基于风险的检测(RBI)技术对我国某海上油气田的设备进行风险的预测及腐蚀机理的分析,制订了优化的检验策略。在设定的周期内,把设备的风险值降到合理范围内,降低了检验成本,提高了生产效益,并延长了装置运行周期。 The risk prediction and corrosion mechanism of an offshore oil and gas field's equipment were analyzed using risk-based inspection (RBI) technology, and the optimized inspection strategies were also established. Within a set period, the risk of the equipment was reduced down to a reasonable value range, which would reduce inspection cost, improve production efficiency and extend the device's operating cycle.
