摘要
鉴于滚筒式采煤机割煤时摇臂的振动加剧了设备相关部件的失效及截齿的消耗,故对采煤机摇臂的振动进行分析,建立数学建模。通过对系统的闭环特征时域、频域判断,由奈奎斯特判据进行稳定分析,确定振动的性质。提出了摇臂振动问题的解决方案,以达到降低振动提高设备使用寿命、降低故障率的目的。
