摘要
海工装备建造过程中分段多,相互关联,虚拟装配可以避免各分段直接的干涉和碰撞,保证建造的顺利进行。文章对VRML和Java交互行为的机理进行了研究,通过EAI(外部编程接口)和Script节点实现了虚拟装配中场景与外部世界的交互,包括虚拟装配建模、VRML模型的添加与删除、装配过程中零部件碰撞检测等功能。最后以钻探储油平台SEVAN650中210分段为例进行了虚拟装配,验证了基于VRML和Java的海工平台虚拟装配的正确性。
There are many related segments in the construction of marine equipment. Virtual assembly can prevent direct collision and interface of each subsection, to ensure smooth construction. This paper studied the VRML and Java interaction mechanism. With the node of EAI and Script, we can realize the interaction of the virtual assembly scene and external world, including virtual assembly modeling, add and delete VRML model ,detection the parts collision in assembly process, and so on. Then, it verifies the correctness of the offshore platform virtual assembly based on VRML and JAVA, taking 210 of drilling oil storage platform SEVAN650 as example for virtual assembly.
