矿井下通风的不良、瓦斯气体浓度的不标准、高冒区碎片湿度的不达标、管理体制的不健全等都很容易引发矿井塌陷、火灾、透水等事故,造成无可挽回的损失。矿井下采光条件的不好、工人高强度的工作,又为这些危险的爆发创造了条件,因此安全预警关乎着矿下员工的生命安全、国家煤矿企业的正常运行和国民经济的发展。文章着重从矿井监控的预警方面讨论了矿井安全问题。
