新型噻唑肽类抗生素产生菌SIIA-A6351的鉴定

摘要 目的新型噻唑肽类抗生素产生菌SIIA-A6351的分类鉴定。方法采用形态观察、生理生化、细胞壁化学类型、16SrDNA基因测序等多相特征来鉴定该菌株。结果与结论鉴定菌株SIIA-A6351为四川游动放线菌(Actinoplanes sichuanensis),为噻唑肽类抗生素的新产生菌。 Objective Strain SIIA-A6351, producing novel thiazolyl peptide antibiotic was identified. Methods Polyphasic approach, including morphology, physiological properties, cell wall composition, 16S rDNA gene sequences were adopted. Results and Conclusion As a new producer of thiazolyl peptide antibiotic, strain SIIA-A6351 was identified as Actinoplanes sichuanensis.
