摘要
目的:研究卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血清脑原性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达水平及认知功能损害程度的相关性。方法:通过事件相关电位(ERP)检测N2、P3波潜伏期,包括靶刺激P3波幅,非靶刺激P2波幅;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清BDNF水平。结果:PSD患者的ERP检测结果无论是靶刺激还是非靶刺激,其诱发出的波明显低平及后移,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。PSD组及对照组血清BDNF水平与年龄、受教育年限无显著相关性。PSD组血清BDNF水平明显低于正常对照组(P〈O.05)。正常对照组血清BDNF水平与ERP各成分无相关性,PSD组血清BDNF水平与ERP的N2、P3潜伏期呈线性负相关,与P3、P2波幅无明显相关。结论:PSD患者存在认知功能损害,PSD患者血清BDNF水平明显降低,并且ERP的P3、N2潜伏期呈线性负相关。
Objective: To study the expressive level of serum brain derived neurotrophic factors (BDNF) and the degree of cognitive impairment in patients with post stroke depression(PSD), and whether they are related to each other. Methods:By using event related potential(ERP)to detect N2, P3 latency, the target stimulus P3 amplitude, non target stimulus P2 amplitude. Serum BDNF levels tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: ERP results in patients with PSD showed that both the target stimulus or non-target stimulus induced low and flat waves,and their difference had statis- tical significance. In both PSD group and the control group, the serum BDNF levels, age and education of the patients had no significant correlation. PSD serum BDNF levels were significantly lower in PSD group than in the control group (P^0.05). The control group of serum BDNF levels had no ERP components related to each, but PSD patients of serum BDNF levels showed a linear negative correlation with N2,P3 latency. Conclusion:Cognitive impairment in patients with PSD, PSD of serum BDNF levels is significant- ly lower, and even related potential P3, N2 latency of ERP shows a linear negative correlation. Patients with PSD have cognitive impairment, which is related to BDNF.
