摘要
本文全面研究了X4105柴油机采用油冷技术后铝活塞的热负荷状况,提出了“钻孔活塞+喷油冷却”的方案,较好地解决了油冷柴油机铝活塞热负荷过高问题,为小型车用柴油机采用油冷技术奠定了基础。
In this paper a comprehensive investigation has been made on the thermal load state of the aluminium pistons of Model X4105 diesel engine, and a scheme of 'bored piston plus oil injection cooling' has been presented, which has more effectively solved the problem of excessively high thermal load with aluminium pistons of oil cooled piston engines, laying a foundation for small-size vehicle diesel engines to apply oil cooling technique.
