摘要
剧烈的直立运动后 ,仍保持直立体位进行调整 ,极易导致心脏和大脑中枢缺乏正常的血液供应 ,长此以往会造成心脏和大脑中枢的严重伤害。“水平调整”这一新的方式及其运用 ,不但能缩短机体恢复正常的时间 ,而且对消除大运动量后的疲劳十分有效。
To make oneself adjustment still in vertical body position after violent vertical movements is very easy to lead to lack of the normal blood supply of one's heart and brain and seriously demage one's heart and brain if one does take that so long.The new way“level adjustment”and its application can not only shorten the normal time for one's energy recovery but alse have good effect on getting rid of physical fatigue after great amount of exercises.
