根癌农杆菌介导的高效水稻遗传转化影响因素研究进展

A Review on Influncing Factors of High Efficiency Agrobacterium tumefaciens-Mediated Rice Genetic Transformation

对影响农杆菌介导水稻基因转化效率的各种因素进行了综述,并对转化过程中存在的问题进行了讨论,认为农杆菌菌株和载体、水稻基因型、转化受体、共培养条件、选择标记基因和转化程序等均是农杆菌介导高效水稻遗传转化必不可或缺的环节。要建立一个高效的农杆菌介导的植物转化系统,需要针对特定品种(品系)、特定组织和组培条件等诸多因素进行优化。

Influencing factors of rice genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium were reviewed in this paper, and problems in process of transformation were discussed. Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains and vectors, rice genotypes, transform receptors, co-culture conditions, selectable marker genes and transformation processes are considered as indispensable links of high efficiency Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated rice genetic transformation. Many factors should be optimized in genetic transformation of rice before building up a high efficient Agrobacterium mediated transformation system for special varieties （lines） and tissue, as well as culture conditions.
