中共中央南方局文艺政策的依据:张闻天和毛泽东的文化指导思想

The Literature and Arts Policy Basis of South Bureau of CCP Central Committee:Zhang Wentian′s and Mao Zedong′s Cultural Guiding Ideology

中共中央南方局及其文委会对抗日文化运动的指导思想,依据了中共中央有关方针政策,具体体现在张闻天和毛泽东的文化指导思想中。张闻天的文化指导思想,主要见诸《抗战以来中华民族的新文化运动与今后任务》、《关于各抗日根据地文化人与文化团体的指示》和《发展文化运动》;而毛泽东的文化指导思想,则以《新民主主义论》和《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》为代表。张闻天与毛泽东对文化的指导思想有差异:张闻天将"民主"明确纳入新文化的发展方向,而毛泽东却用"大众"涵摄"民主";张闻天制定并执行的具体的文化政策,与毛泽东"新民主主义文化"的总目标也不乏抵触。

The guiding principles to the anti -Japanese culture movements of South Bureau of the CCP Central Committee and its culture movement commission are mainly based on the related general and specific policies of the Central Committee of the CCP, which manifests specifically in Zhang Wentian＇s and Mao Zedong＇s cultural guiding ideology. Zhang Wentian＇ s cultural guiding ideology is mainly reflected in The Chinese Nation＇s New Culture Movement and Future Task Since the War of Resistance Against Japan, The Instruction about the Intellectuals and Cultural Groups in the anti-Japanese Base Ar- eas and To Develop Culture Movements ; and the cultural guiding ideology of Mao Zedong is represented by New Democracy and The Speech on Literature and Art Symposium in Yanan. There are differences between Zhang Wentian＇s cultural guid- ing ideology and Mao Zedong＇s. Firstly, Zhang Wentian takes explicitly ＂democracy＂ as the direction of new cultural de- velopment, but Mao Zedong incorporates ＂democracy＂ into the ＂mass＂; secondly, there are some conflicts between the specific cultural policy developed and implemented by Zhang Wentian and the total target of Mao Zedong＇s ＂new democrat- ic culture＂.
