摘要
酒的产生与发展满足了人类追求带有感官刺激性的特殊消费需求。因而酒文化是以人为主体的人本文化,当然也是全人类共享的世界性文化。酒文化内涵的运行机制是以酒德作为酒文化的灵魂,塑造并规范酒品的形象。酒文化外延的界定取决于研究目标的广度,而中国酒文化应与国外其它酒文化进行比较研究。
The appearance and development of wine meets the human′s special requirement for stimulating sense organ so that the wine culture is a human culture based on humanism as a kind of world-sharing culture.The device of the intension of wine culture takes the wine virtue as the soul of wine culture,and builds and specifies the image of the wine quality.the definition of the extension of wine culture depends on the scope of research aims,and Chinese wine culture should have a comparative research with other country′s wine culture.
