民国时期宜宾的酿酒业和名酒五粮液的诞生 被引量:2

摘要 民国时期宜宾酿酒业在前代的基础上曲折前进,延续前代用丘陵地带盛产的高粱、包谷、荞麦等杂粮为主酿制蒸馏白酒的传统,糟房酿酒盛极一时,酿酒工艺有了进一步发展,出产的杂粮大曲酒名闻遐迩。但随着战乱频仍、物价飞涨,以及酒税的节节攀升,酿酒的利润空间不断被挤压,宜宾酿酒业遭遇前所未有的困境。为了走出困境,宜宾酿酒业在酿造优质大曲酒上寻找出路,以期获得较好的市场价格,开拓更广阔的市场,名酒五粮液由此诞生,它命名于1928~1929年间。在这一时期宜宾酿酒业朝着创造优质品牌酒的方向,做出了艰苦卓绝的努力。 After the tortuous development in the republic of China period following the former basis,the wine industry in Yibin continues the traditional technique using coarse cereals such as broomcorn,corn,buckwheat etc.produced in hilly land to make distilled wine.The wonderful coarse cereals wine is made in the booming lees houses because of the further development of wine-making technique.However,the wine industry has to experience meet unprecedented serious difficulty because of the high wine tax and lower and lower profits of wine-making after the civil war and skyrocketing prices.In order to get out of dilemma,the Yibin wine industry has to consider advanced Daqu spirit of China as the way to solve the problem due to the better price and wide market.That is the birth of Wuliangye wine from 1928 to 1929 when the Yibin wine industry endeavors to make advanced wine.
